FAQ #1: How is my information protected?
We appreciate that the information you enter into Blis you’d like to keep private. Here’s what we include for your security:
• A 2 password login process--Yes, we know, that means 2 passwords to remember, but a small price for increased security. Both passwords are handled on separate platforms and therefore have different processes for password retrieval if necessary.
• A CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Turing Test To Tell Computers and Humans Apart)This is a challenge-response test used to determine whether the user is human. The purpose of CAPTCHA is to block submissions from spambots automated scripts that harvest email addresses from publicly available web forms.
• Secured by QuickSSL™ 128-bit SSL certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.
• Salted(it’s a technical term not involving seasoning), one-way encrypted Blis password
• No prompting for sensitive informationThroughout Blis, we never prompt for (nor require) any sensitive information such as SS numbers, passwords or account numbers.

Yes and Yes. You are able to import & export contacts from both Outlook and iCal with the click of a button. You can also export events to Outlook and iCal. It is very easy, just click the ‘export to Outlook/iCal’ button while on the calendar tab, and you can selectively choose which events to export. Events can be color coded or include a flag to denote to a particular user which events he or she should export to another calendar. Note the importation from Outlook will function best when you have the most recent Outlook version 2007. You may either adjust the fields during the import process or after the contacts have settled in your address book.
