SHOPPING BASKET
The BLIS shopping basket functions much like a shopping cart in a retail store. When you add an item to your shopping basket it is saved and held there until the item(s) are purchased or removed. Note: Any items held in your shopping basket for more than 14 days will be automatically removed. Once an item is placed in your shopping basket, you may update the quantity or remove an item. After completing the desired change, click 'update basket' to make the update. You may also return to shopping by clicking on the "shop our collection' tab. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click "checkout now' to purchase.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are handled by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

CUSTOMER LOGIN
Once the purchase transaction is complete you will receive an e-mail with your username (your e-mail address) and a password.

PROCESSING
We ship within the continental United States via UPS. UPS ships to street addresses only. Your order will ship within 3 days of receiving it. We only stock small quantities of our collection items. If we believe we can not ship to you within 3 days, we will contact you directly.

REFUND
BLIS guarantee: We want you to be 100% satisfied with BLIS. If BLIS does not meet your expectations, you may cancel and receive a full refund if cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase. All BLIS refund requests must be e-mailed to tracy@myblis.com within the first 14 days. Please include your name, e-mail address, daytime phone number and reason for cancellation.

Other Items: If any item in our collection fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on sale items.

We recommend that you send returns by an insured carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return. Items are returned to BLIS at your own cost.

If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, was the wrong item or defective, please contact us immediately at 614.206.8018 or info@myblis.com. In these cases we will pick up the cost of the shipping and please accept our apology. It is important that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of damaged goods or we cannot process a claim.
